A. In the half-day Pull Together program facilitators primarily guide discussions with each subgroup between the two paddling challenges. During these sessions they pose discussion questions, record ideas, and observe team strengths and weaknesses. They also provide instructions at each transition point during the day, and lead the final summary session at the end of the program. They are also responsible for drafting the photo-text of the program.

A. Significant work and team leadership experience, a progressive success record, demonstrated listening skills, a light-hearted but focused approach to teaching, and flexibility in conducting a program for up to 4 sub teams with as many as 26 participants per group. A. The 2-5 Associates for each program "make it happen". They not only ready all of the boats, equipment, and supplies but also manage all of the details. Associates make sure waivers are signed, lire jackets are secure, and help seat participants in the boats. In addition, Associates tape digital photos and video tapes of the program that are included in
the final report to participating teams.

A. Contractor wages for the Pull Together Program are higher than market averages. Please phone or email our office to talk with Kippy or Kevin about payment issues?

Q. Are there full-time positions available in the Pull Together Program?
A. Typically all of the Pull Together facilitators and associates work on a limited contract basis, varying from 1 to 6 programs per month.

Q. Do the facilitators or associates have to help market the program?
A. Yes and NO. The answer is yes, if the facilitator or associate wants to receive financial incentives for conducting the monthly breakfast meeting for prospective clients. Otherwise, there is no requirement for contracted staff to market the program.

Q. Are Pull Together Programs ever done on the weekend?
A. Mostly during the week but sometime on weekends. There is no requirement to do the weekend Pull Together programs, especially since many contracted staff would welcome
this opportunity.
