Lead Facilitator
Dr. Jim Clark, former Management Professor at the University of Washington, directs the Pull Together Program. Jim has authored numerous articles and books on Team effectiveness, as well as Board and Executive Performance Evaluation. He is a team-building consultant to many large and small organizations, and has coached several national champion scullers. He believes that Pull Together may be one of the best "hands-on" teambuilding experiences available to adult and youth groups, and has surrounded himself with a team of outstanding program facilitators.
Facilitators
Successful business leaders with at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience. All Pull Together facilitators have fully completed our competency based credentialing requirement, and are blessed with great listening skills and a good sense of humor.
Associates
All are experience rowers or kayakers with at least 200 hours of expert water training. All are CPR certified, and hold associate credentials from Pull Together.
